For the past 30+ years, Mary Kemp Murray has been a strategic leader, thought partner and brand strategist, collaborating with big, established brands to startups and nonprofit organizations at various agencies. For 24 years, she led and grew Ideas that Kick, the agency she co-founded in 2001 and sold in 2025.

Mary has now founded hello collective to be a strategic advisor, board member and change agent helping to elevate brands, community organizations and teams.
